Safely Sending Your Wine
Red Hill Estate partners with Australia Post Wine Delivery Service to transport our quality wines around Australia to ensure they arrive to you safely. We anticipate that your wine will generally arrive within 5-10 business days, however seasonal delays are something to be aware of. Australia Post doesn’t offer any guarantee on delivery times and as such Red Hill Estate cannot offer any guarantee on final delivery date. We can, however, guarantee dispatch within 3 business days of receiving your order. Australia Post will open a case for a missing delivery after 28 days from dispatch. Please note: name of business or public building MUST be included in your details if your parcel is to be sent to such an address to avoid a ‘Return To Sender’. If your order is returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery details supplied at time of order you will be liable for the resend fees.

Australia-wide shipping is free for members of our KTMP Wine Club. All other orders attract freight fees as outlined at checkout.

Authority to Leave

At checkout you have the ability to nominate a safe drop location for Australia Post to leave your package if you’re not home. Please be mindful that by checking this box you are accepting full responsibility for the safety of your package and Red Hill Estate is not liable for missing or damaged items.

Heat Policy
Wine is heat sensitive. During the warmer months we reserve the right to hold orders in instances of extreme heat, until there is a clear path of non-extreme temperatures between us and you. All orders are packed and stored safely in our cellar door awaiting better conditions to send the wine when it can be more safely dispatched to you.
